My recruitment service is based on proven systems used during my years in care home management. Using this service will ensure optimal recruitment practices are used so that  your problems of staff turnover are greatly reduced and minimal input from you, the care home manager, is required.

I will thoroughly research the requirements of the post you are looking to fill, taking into account the specific situation within your home. And match those with hand-picked, thoroughly pre-vetted candidates who have a genuine aptitude and desire to work in the care home sector.

Services are offered according to the explicit preferences of the client on a fixed fee rate and these include:

1. Meeting with the clients to ascertain individual and/or specific requirements.

2. Visiting the home to ascertain site specific requirements.

3. Providing  C.Vs  of suitable candidates.

4. Completion of a detailed pre-screening interview.

5. Provision of comprehensive interview notes gathered from 4 above which measure a variety of indicators including competency, motivation, teamwork and drive.

6. Details of two current referees who are not relatives of the candidate.

7. A copy of relevant qualifications or authorisations of the candidate.

8. Confirmation of the candidate’s identity.

9. Follow up of candidates after a start date has been agreed.
